We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with this product! Please note that this accessory is not gold nor silver plated, it cannot preserve its original condition unless it is used with a bit of care, also, it has to be placed back in its plastic tube when not in use in order to avoid the wear-off problem and loosing the small magnets.
