list or if you have placed an order with us. If you would like to remove your name from our mailing

Order Confirmation
Shortly after you submit your order, an email confirmation
will follow confirming that your order was received by us, included will be your
detailed invoice referenced with your order number. However, if you do not receive the
confirmation, please email us immediately at sales[at]polkalicious.com.
Payment Policy
Currently, payment options are limited to COD (Cash On Delivery).
Shipping Policy
Currently, delivery is limited to  Kuwait only at a standard flat rate of KD 2.000.
You can expect delivery within 1-2 working days from the date of submitting your order. Please note that it is very important to make sure
that the shipping address you have provided is accurate and precise to avoid any delay or miss delivery.
Please expect a call from our courier upon his arrival at the provided address, ignoring our calls may result in the cancellation of your order.
Important note : we strongly recommend that you open and inspect
the contents of your order before signing the delivery receipt presented by our
courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items had gone under quality control check and are in good condition, Polkalicious.com guarantees that there won't be any defective or damaged items.
All sales are final; any products other than apparel can neither be returned nor exchanged under any circumstances. Return* and exchange are only applicable on non-sale apparel; you must contact us at sales[at]polkalicious.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for return or exchange; any requests after the 24 hours period will be rejected. We will only accept a return or exchange on items that have never been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached and in their original condition and packaging.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
